Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please pack the items securely and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
